Aloha Cocktail Co. was founded by Caleb Davis in Austin, Texas, born out of a honeymoon in Hawaii that turned into a full-blown obsession with tiki craft and tropical flavor. What started as a love for the islands became a mission: bring that same big, bold, boozy paradise-in-a-glass feeling to bars and homes everywhere.
Everything we make starts from scratch — fresh-pressed citrus, house-made syrups, hand-cut garnishes. No shortcuts, no mixes from a bottle. It’s the same care that Austin’s best bars trust us for, now available for your own bar cart.
